Educate, equip and inspire… these are the ministry goals for Christian Education at Calvary Lutheran Church.  We want to partner with you to help you to fulfill the mission of Calvary Lutheran Church, “Proclaim Jesus Christ to the World!”

Through the educational opportunities listed here and with more to come, it is our prayer to help disciples grow in faith, strengthen their ability to share the Good News and, with the help of the Holy Spirit, encourage all to “go and make disciples.”

Over the next few months, we are excited to offer a variety of educational opportunities for all ages.  What follows is a snapshot of what is happening in Christian Education at Calvary.  As you read further, some educational events will have specific details, while others are still in progress.  Those details are forthcoming.

There is something for everyone in educational ministries at Calvary.  Young and old alike will have opportunities to come together and learn about life and faith.

KIVA - Our mission emphasis - This year, our Sunday School, The Cove will be collecting money and doing mission and ministry through KIVA, an organization who aids 3rd world entrepreneurs with micro loans.  The Cove kids have begun collecting and have selected our first recipients.  One in South America and one in Asia.  We are looking forward to helping even more as the year goes on.  If you would like more information or would like to participate in KIVA, please visit their web site www.kiva.org
